Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is situated directly on The Parkway, making it extremely convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. The rooms had a musty and mildewy smell reminiscent of the 1970s, with a few modern updates provided. The service, from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance, was exceptional, even allowing us to leave our car parked at the hotel after check-out to explore more. Dining was enjoyable, especially in the evenings, without the hassle of driving and finding parking, and the breakfast served each morning was excellent. The location was perfect, near the Great Smoky Mountain entrance, making it easy to escape town when the traffic was overwhelming.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious, stocked with everything we needed, although they did have a musty and mildewy smell. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and professional. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and attractions, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience was fine, although the choice of hot items was limited. Overall, a great value for money stay with a couple of minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-appointed but lacked the expected privacy due to the proximity to a busy sidewalk and a generator. On the bright side, the balcony offered a great view. The service was top-notch, with very nice and professional staff who ensured everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for me, near the Smoky Mountains and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Dining options were good with a nice selection, though there is room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some notable positives and negatives.
